Working for Doyle Wilson
Our aim: to retain staff in the long term by creating a more flexible working environment that enables staff to achieve their work and personal goals
For many years, we have encouraged our people to achieve a realistic balance between work and life. Andrew Doyle has 5 children and Lachlan Wilson has 3. They know all too well the importance (and demands) of family, and realise people work more efficiently if they achieve a healthy work/life balance.
Doyle Wilson is committed to maintaining a high percentage of permanent staff. Currently all of our staff are employed on a permanent basis. This ensures our staff receive the full time benefits and job security they are entitled to. Although the staff’s status is ‘permanent,’ flexible working hours, days and place (home/office) are accommodated where possible to ensure staff have time for personal and family commitments.
Employee turnover at Doyle Wilson ranks among the legal profession’s lowest. We believe this is attributed to:
-
Encouraging a greater work/life balance
-
Ensuring our staff thrive on client-focussed “helping”
-
Assigning our staff with challenging work
-
Maintaining a high permanent to casual staff ratio
-
Respecting, trusting and listening to staff
-
Developing a culture that fosters personal growth
-
Providing remuneration packages that reward talent and growth
We hope you will find Doyle Wilson has a refreshing and progressive working culture.
